Navjot Singh Sidhu’s Wife Receives ₹850 Crore Notice Over Special Diet Cancer Treatment Claims

The Chhattisgarh Civil Society has challenged Navjot Singh Sidhu to substantiate his claim that his wife’s recovery from stage 4 cancer was achieved within 40 days by following a special diet.
What Did Navjot Singh Sidhu Say About the Diet and Cancer Treatment?
At a recent press conference in Amritsar, Navjot Singh Sidhu declared his wife cancer-free, crediting a special diet for her recovery. He explained the diet she followed during her treatment, saying it helped her recover from stage 4 cancer in just 40 days.
Sidhu also shared a video on Twitter, stating, “Treatment + Diet – Great combination for Cancer cure!”
In another post, he clarified that apart from the special diet, other treatments like chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, and targeted therapy also contributed to her recovery. He emphasized that it was a combination of all these treatments that helped her fight cancer.
The Special Diet Plan
Navjot Singh Sidhu shared the following items from the diet plan his wife followed:
- Lemon water
- Turmeric
- Apple cider vinegar
- Walnuts
- Beetroot + Carrot + Amla juice
Additionally, she consumed neem leaves and completely avoided sugar and dairy products during her recovery.

The ₹850 Crore Legal Notice
The Chhattisgarh Civil Society has demanded an apology from Navjot Singh Sidhu and has asked Navjot Kaur Sidhu to prove her recovery using the diet her husband claimed. They have given a seven-day deadline for her to respond. If they fail to provide proof, CCS may take legal action.
Navjot Singh Sidhu’s Clarification
In response to questions from an oncologist, Navjot Singh Sidhu clarified that the diet plan was followed under medical supervision. He said the diet was a supportive measure in her treatment.
In a video posted on Twitter, he said:
“I want to say that a doctor is like God to me, and doctors have always been my priority. I have a doctor (Navjot Kaur Sidhu) at home. The diet and treatment were done with the consultation of doctors.”
