Online Registration Facility for COVID-19 Vaccine Started by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has started Online Facility for COVID-19 Vaccine Registration for Health workers, frontline workers, people above the age of 50 and people below 50 suffering from comorbid conditions.

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has announced and also have requested frontline workers carrying door to door survey or at urban health centres, who have not yet registered themselves with health worker can register for free.

Offline Registration : People from these priority groups who have not yet registered themselves with health workers can approach their nearest UHCs carrying their identity cards (Driving License, Passport, Aadhar Card) for registration.
