Why is Shah Rukh Khan Leaving Mannat?
Mannat, located in Bandra’s Bandstand area, is not just a home but a landmark for SRK’s fans. However, the superstar and his wife, Gauri Khan, who is also a renowned interior designer, have big plans for their dream home. They received approval from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two more floors to the Mannat annexe. Since this expansion requires significant time and effort, the family has decided to move to a new location temporarily.
Shah Rukh Khan’s New Address
According to Bharat Details, Shah Rukh Khan’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has signed a lease agreement with producer Vashu Bhagnani’s children, actor Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh. The Khans will now reside in Puja Casa, a luxury apartment complex in Pali Hill, Bandra.

- The family has leased four floors in the high-end apartment building.
- The rent for the space is Rs 24 lakh per month.
- The leased property includes two duplex apartments on the first, second, seventh, and eighth floors.

When Will Mannat Be Ready?
Renovation work at Mannat is expected to start in May and could take up to two years to complete. Since Mannat is a Grade III heritage property, any structural changes require legal permissions. Now that the approvals are in place, the extension work will soon begin.

Shah Rukh Khan purchased Mannat in 2001 for around Rs 13 crore, and over the years, its value has skyrocketed to an estimated Rs 200 crore. Spread across 27,000 square feet, Mannat features:
