Actor Suhani Bhatnagar Dies at 19: Actress Suhani Bhatnagar, recognized for her part in the hit movie Dangal, has passed away at the age of 19. She portrayed the character of young Babita Phogat alongside Aamir Khan in Dangal.
Aamir Khan’s co-star from Dangal, Suhani Bhatnagar, who played young Babita Phogat, has sadly passed away. Aamir Khan Productions expressed their condolences on X following the news.
While the details surrounding Suhani’s passing are not fully disclosed, a family member revealed to PTI, “She passed away at AIIMS yesterday. She was 19.” The exact cause of her death remains uncertain, though media reports suggest complications from a leg fracture she sustained. “She was admitted on February 7 and succumbed on February 16,” a hospital source disclosed.
A tweet from Aamir Khan Productions conveyed, ‘We are deeply saddened to hear about our Suhani’s passing. Our heartfelt condolences to her mother Poojaji, and the entire family. Such a talented young girl, such a team player, Dangal would have been incomplete without Suhani. Suhani, you will always remain a star in our hearts. May you rest in peace.’

Suhani rose to fame after her role in Dangal (2016), where she shared the screen with Aamir Khan, Sakshi Tanwar, and Zaira Wasim. Post-Dangal, she appeared in several advertisements. Reports suggest that her demise was due to fluid accumulation in her body following an adverse reaction to medication after an accident.
